What we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address, the display name you pick, your hashed password (via Firebase Authentication), and, if you set one, your shop name. When you use the app, we store your progress: question answers, XP, day streak, badges earned, bookmarks, and, if you accept, the app's error codes when something breaks.

Where we store it

On Google Firebase servers (Realtime Database and Authentication), United States region. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to count visits and basic events (how many quizzes get completed, which role is most popular). Plausible does not use cookies or track personal identity. Read their policy at plausible.io.

Your rights

You can request that we delete your account and all associated data by emailing djsanti88@gmail.com from the email tied to your account. We process the request within 7 days.

Sign in with Google

If you use "Continue with Google", we receive your email and public name. We never receive your Google password or access to Gmail, Drive, or other Google services.

Children

Sharpenly is not directed to children under 13. If we discover that a minor created an account, we will delete it.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will show an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
