Better terms for shops that join early
Early shops take on more risk and give more feedback, so they earn a better rate. The discount steps down as the product matures and references grow. This is the opposite of fake scarcity: the end conditions are stated and verifiable.
First 10 shops

Shops 11 to 25
Guided, repeatable onboarding as the setup path matures.
Shops 26 to 100
Self-serve setup backed by a checklist and short how-to videos.
Each cohort closes when it fills, or on a stated calendar date, whichever comes first. Both are things you could check. No countdown timers, no false urgency. A shop that joins under a cohort rate keeps it for 12 months, then moves to the standard published price with notice.
