Sharpenly
Our mission

Built for the people doing the work.

Workforce training is too often generic and English-first. Sharpenly brings short, bilingual, practical learning, real assessment, and manager visibility into one system built for the floor.

Most workforce training is generic. It assumes a classroom, an English-first reader, and time the floor does not have. Shop teams need something different: short, practical, bilingual learning that fits between cars.

Managers face a second problem. Completion is easy to track, but real skill is not. Without visibility into who is strong and who is at risk, coaching is a guess and training budgets get spent in the wrong places.

Hiring is the third gap. A good interview is not a reliable signal. Shops need a clearer way to assess what a candidate actually knows before the first day.

Sharpenly brings these together in one system: daily bilingual training and quizzes, a skills-gap heatmap that shows real competency by role and topic, and a structured hiring assessment. Training, assessment, and manager visibility in one place.

Automotive is the first vertical, because it is where the need is sharpest, not the only one. The same approach fits any workforce that learns on the floor. We are early, and we would rather earn trust than inflate it.

What we believe

Language is not a barrier to skill

Talent is everywhere. Training should meet people in the language they think in.

Respect the floor

The people doing the work deserve tools that feel built for them, not handed down.

Earn trust, do not inflate it

We would rather be honest about being early than fake proof we have not earned.
